I would recommend getting this arm band for the Defender series protective cases. It holds my iPhone very securely and stays put. The band wears very comfortably.
The only thing I do not like about this band is that when adjusting it on your arm the flexible band will bunch up on one side of the plastic buckles and then you have to straighten it out to the center. Once you do though, it seems to stay put Ok. I got this to mainly run and workout with. I would buy this arm band again even knowing about the small problem I mentioned.

Got the Armband, along with the Defender case...I really love it. I only have one ipod, and it's a touch, and this allows me to work out with my touch. Have had no issues whatsoever with the band.

I ordered this for my iphone because I love the durability of Otterbox products, but be careful if you plan to use this band for your arm. I am by no means Hulk Hogan, but don't have toothpick arms either and I couldn't get this to wrap around the upper part of my arm. I am sure it is fine for most, but be careful.

The strap on this item is so short it constricts the blood flow at the biggest setting, and I don't have large arms. It could use another 5" to 6" added to it. If it was larger you could always cut some off if needed.
