I was so pleased with the Transdoc. It works great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for ease of use and a good product. I did a lot of research prior to buying and these reviews help in decision making.

First unit received had defective charger arm. Returned in exchange for replacement unit. Charger arm cigar lighter plug has loose fit in power recepticle which causes intermittent operation. Unit designed for operation in U.S. made cars,not older European models with larger cigar lighter outlets. DLO customer service offers very little helpful information.

I received the both the DLO Transpod Classic Ipod Docks. However, the arm and extension arm of one of the products
does not work. The transmitter works perfectly as i have checked it with the charging arm that works.
I hereby request you to ship one charging arm and extension arm to the same address as before.

I've tried many different FM converters and the Digital Lifestyle Outfitters (DLO)TransDock Classic for the iPod is the best one on the market. It offers the best of both worlds---charges the device and finds the open FM channel, consistently. I purchased my TransDock from ShopCell. Their price beat the nearest competitor by almost $50, and their delivery was quick. I had a question regarding my purchase, and ShopCell's customer service took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. If you have an older vehicle like myself that lacks a direct line into the stereo or purchased a fourth generation iPod, the TransDock Classic is the way to go. And along with that, ShopCell's price can't be beat.

the dlo classic is a good product to play music through your car's radio with no hassel, i had the dlo all in one which cost twice as much how ever the classic serve all of my needs i mostly use it in my tractor trailer, becaues the CD player inthe truck is cheep and it skipps the CD.
I think the DLO classic is great because I can plug in my digital voive recorder and play it through the car radio. I love the smart tune to find the best station to use, and you can set 4 presets, since on some days I cross 3 state lines and i dont have to stop to find a clear station, just push the 2 side buttons and bam you got your sound back. I love the digital readout.
