Product didn't work out of the package. Looks like it might have been used, but in any case, it is very poorly made. Sent it back to the shipper (THIS IS NOT AN AMAZON CONTROLLED PRODUCT) and still waiting for refund 30days after the return....customer service is non-existent.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 11 year old daughter. It works with her ipod nano 4th gen.
It is not an easy item to figure out. To set the alarm you have to pick up the clock and use the button
inconveniently located on the back.
Also, whenever the ipod is docked and you use the click wheel to advance to a different song the clock returns to flashing 12:00. You have to remove the ipod from the clock to avoid resetting the time.
The sound is OK, not great but OK.
If I only paid $10.00 I would expect the poor quality and quirks....but at $50.00 it is a HUGE disappointment.

well, after receiving this item it stated not compatible w/Ipod touch 3rd generation and the pic showed an Ipod toouch. The description said it didn't work with Iphone or shuffle..........annoying after getting it. It is also very cheap looking and has no weight to it at all which adds to it's cheapness, as far as workmanship goes. Would not reccomend.you always get what you pay for.
