I've used Griffin products in the past and have always been pleased. This is no exception. It's very easy to apply. Despite dropping my iPod several times, the case has held up perfectly. My screen is without scratches. Also, I like the relatively minimalist design, and it's not too bulky to put in your pocket. At this price (or even at full price), you can't do better.

I bought this case for my daughter's iPod Touch 1G over a year ago. She is 6 so the Touch has gone through some abuse the past year, but the case has held up and the iPod has not been damaged or scratched in any way.
It is a nice and sleek case that does not add much bulk. The front is protected by a screen protector. I had some problems putting the screen protector on properly, but with a steady hand and some patience I finally made it.
I would buy this case again.

Love this case. It fits the 1st gen Touch perfectly. It snaps together easily and securely. The screen protector that came with it went on very easily and cleanly, and everything works and looks great! Super happy!

This is my favorite case for my itouch and i have bought MANY! I was disapointed that the back of it was a bit milky instead of clear. But I slapped on a gelaskin and you can see it just fine through the case and it still fits perfectly! I have dropped my iPod so many times and I do have a ding on my case but its not noticeable and it has never popped open on me before. Very tight. Very sturdy. Wroth the money! GREAT BUY!

After reading the reviews, I ordered this the other day and received it today. I owned a similar one back when I owned a iPod Video 5G 30gb, but it wouldn't quite fit my 120gb 6G model. I specifically bought this one because it came with a belt clip... or so I thought. It arrived today, and it does not include a clip, only the case. Back to amazon for this case, and back to the drawing board for me.

I bought this for my husband. He researched the product and selected it. It has everything he wanted for the gym. He uses the belt clip, not the arm band. He's really really happy with it, and he's one of the pickiest people I know when it comes to any kind of product. (especially for protecting his baby -- his 'Pod) He's also very, ahem, clumsy (?) with his things so everything he owns has to be super-durable because it has to withstand a lot of abuse. So if he's happy with this product, that's saying a lot.

I have had the reflective version of this case for the past year and half and was tired of having to take it off to watch video. I actually caused some damamge to my Ipod removing it from the last case to watch a video which made me switch to the clear version. It's not quite as "cool" looking as the reflective version but it affords the same protection without having to remove for video.
The only complaint some may have is that you can't dock your Ipod in most devices with the case on. It does add a measureable amount of width to your Ipod which I actually like since I have quite large hands. Another reason I purchased from Amazon is that I couldn't find it anywhere in a store cheaper. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great protection and who doesn't dock regularly.

Problem 1. In the pictures this case has a belt clip, the one I bought doesn't.
Problem 2. It lets dust, sand etc. particles inside the case and it scratches the paint off the ipod, It has caused more damage using the case then not having one and dropping it.
This is an unacceptable excuse for protection, don't buy it!!!!!!!!!!
